DO NOT start eating until you are full. That is a complete recipe for disaster. Long term the amount of food it takes to feel full will increase and you will stall out or worse regain. In the beg

I'm 2 weeks into solid foods, and eat until you are full. I still can barely do 3oz. It's also depends on what I eat. If it's dense like beef I'd be lucky to get 2oz.

I'm the same way. I can barely eat 3oz of anything dense. I feel stuffed, yet satisfied. I don't mind it because I enjoy the food just as much as before. The most I've eaten of anything is 5.3oz

Yesterday was my first day of solid foods - I ended the day disgusted. Too full, too much food, so I am back to my puree for breakfast then for lunch and dinner I will do solids, I am tracking my protein intake and calories to play safe but definitely I will cut down in the amount of food, doctor said 4 to 5 oz if possible. I will do 3 oz it works for me.
