Gurgling

6 days ago I had my gastric sleeve done, I also had a hiatal hernia repair. I haven't been drinking a lot, not only because I'm not hungry but because thinking of certain things makes me feel sick. Can any one relate? Also, I am sooooo over this stomach gurgling!!!!

Yess! I'm definitely having food aversion for food I'm not even eating. The smell of certain things make me nauseas.. especially the smell of protein drinks! [emoji13][emoji13] I'm three weeks out and my appetite is pretty much non existent now. I try to drink my two protein drinks a day and keep up my water intake.. plus at least one meal of creamed soup... but I feel like it's way too much. It's literally a chore to eat now, I have to remind myself to drink something. It's really hard for me to keep up during the day with my liquids. I'm starting purees this week so maybe I will have more motivation to eat but I know it will probably still be difficult to get all my liquids in. The struggle is real lol.

I have been barely consuming anything other then water, Gatorade and sugar free popsicles.
