I purchased a Tespo machine a few months back and totally love it! I want to share the info with those of you looking for alternate ways to get your bariatric vitamins in. This little machine uses pods - I purchased the Women's Bariatric Plus one. Once you insert the pod into the machine it automatically goes to your next dose, pops a hole in the foil pod and disperses a tiny bit of water before mixing it for you. It takes like 15 seconds. The intake amount is so small it is not problematic for new WLS peeps and it tastes kind of like Tang - actually pretty good - I LOVE it! Check out this site for more info and a $30 off code. The more pods you order the lower the cost is for your vitamins. I order the women's bariatric plus, mens complete, sleep and hair and nails one.....love, love, love. Hope this helps those of you that are having trouble getting your vitamin supplements down!
