Hellooo!
I'm currently 13 months post op. This past year has been filled with hospital visits and 7 times under anesthesia...it's been rough. But, I've lost over 200 pounds. Yes, that's right! I started at 450...as of today I'm at 243. I still want to lose some more weight, but I know it'll take some hard work.
Anyways! Needless to say, I have a LOT of excess skin on my arms, stomach, thighs, and back [emoji17]. As of the last few weeks I've been getting these awful painful rashes on my thighs and under my excess skin on my stomach. It makes it so hard to move. I've been putting on baby powder to try to keep it dry, but I want to know if there's anything else I could use?
Also, any idea how far out you have to be in order to get plastic surgery? I know I'm still probably too early but I want to have something to look forward too. (And yes, I'm documenting my rashes with my PCP for insurance purposes)
Thank you!
