Waiting for gastric sleeve

Hi I'm waiting for my gastric sleeve in the next couple of months. I'm from London , England.

I keep going from desperately wanting it, to not wanting it at all.

Is there anyone else on here that feels like that?.

  • I cancelled two sleeve journeys to finally make the third. I'm glad I finally did it. No regrets at all.

Good luck! It's a tough decision, but you'll figure out what is best for you!

Sorry the weight has been so long it leaves a lot more time for questioning the decision. Once it is done you will probably think how much you wished you could have done it sooner. I wanted surgery 5 yrs before I actually had it. I did not have my husband's support and as private pay that made doing it without his support hard. Eventually I did it anyway. Now I looked back and think about those 5 extra yrs of not being able to live as fully as I can I can now. I hope your wait ends soon. Yes there are always some who regret their decision but not very many.
