Wondering if anyone has BCBS of Mi (Messa) plan? If so, how long did it take for your pre auth to come back?

I do not have an answer, I have the same question for Tricare Standard. My last Appt with my surgeon & Nut are for October 11, hoping that I will have an Oct surgery date but not optimistic.

Call your insurance company they should be able to answer all those questions.

I have BCBS but I live in Kentucky. I chatted online with my insurance company every day like two weeks after it was submitted. I found out that they hadn't received it from my office. The rep called and asked them to re-fax... I was literally approved overnight at that point. So make sure you are actively contacting your insurance company so you can make sure they have received it. Good luck!
