One thing I found that helped tremendously was a medium elasticity fit panty girdle that kept my stomach from moving around. Made so I could sleep so much easier. Make sure you check with your doctor.

Hello friends I feel better today i had gas real nad yesterday and i was real sad today because I thought I messed things up i thought eating yogurt was part of the liquid diet because when I did the 24hour liquid you could have it i was not able to het but a table spoon or 2 down but I was worried i stretched my stomach and messed up my surgery...i ironically talked to my nut. today and she assured me things were ok but it still had me worried
