Shakeology

Hi all,

I am 3 weeks out from band to sleeve revision surgery. I was wondering if anyone uses shakeology for protein. I currently do and love it but I think with the sleeve my protein needs will be greater with the sleeve then the band. If anyone uses shakeology does it work for your protein needs?

    I'm glad this came up bcuz I've used this in the past and still have som I'd like to use up. It's really one of the best tasting protein powders I've used and the texture is just like a real shake when you use ice cubes with it. :)
