Yes, I completed my evaluation with them. Everything went well conducted everything over the phone. They also take insurance, if I remember correctly all I paid was $30, which was good. Didn't need to spend 200+ dollars for someone to tell me I'm not crazy just overweight.. lol!!!

Great so did they send something over to your bariatric doc ? How does it work my appointment is Tomm night so I'm curious they ran my insurance and I paid my copay of 15.00 [emoji1360] which is amazing I saved 135.00 [emoji846]


Yes they will ask for a fax number to fax all the information to your surgeons office


I was considering using this site. With my work schedule, I have a hard time going to appts. But I was a little leary of it, didn't know it was ligit.
