This is the day! Whew!!

Today is the day! I'm scheduled for 10am. So much to get to this point! Good news is that I'm already down seven pounds, and I survived a week of a liquid diet. [emoji15]

Thank you for all the support and questions answered along the way!

Good luck on your surgery and when you get back from the operation, remember to walk, walk, walk while you are in the hospital. It will help with minimizing the gas pains.

  • Dont be nervous, it will be all good and youll be on the road to your new lifestyle soon enough!! I was the same as your hw on surgery day that was almost 6 months ago now [emoji4] Sent from my SM-N

Well it went good. I had a lot of nausea. I was throwing up threw yesterday. I think my pain meds were causing the issues. I've got a really nasty bruise where I had a several muscle spasms. Tuesday was rough! It's gotten better. I'm walking a lot but I still have a lot of pain full gas.

I had the issues with gas too. Waking really does help even if it's uncomfortable. Keep sipping water and take it slow xx
