Did anyone start their pre op early

Okay well this month on sept 25 will be my last month to see my surgeon doctor I had to see at least 6 times before I can get approved and go through the steps.. So right now he has me on a liver shrinkage diet I guess I already seen my nutritionist dietitian and my psychologist so I went to the store and bought pure protein 100%whey vanilla cream to start with he told me either muscle milk or premier protein but I was trying to get big quality of the premier protein listen this my first time doing all of this so I was like we I can get a big quality that looks like its gonna last because how big the tub of pure protein is and when I seen the premier protein shakes its four but I would have to buy alot of them but I'm thinking about still getting it because I have to do one for breakfast and for lunch and dinner all meat, vegetables, fruit, and salad is what I was told but I'm doing this early should I still get the premier protein and how many should i get and did anyone start this early like I'm doing I am a beginner never done this in my life

That is perhaps the longest run-on sentence I've ever read! Wow!

The pre-op diet is very restrictive. It takes a lot of willpower. If you can start it early & maintain it, go for it. Good luck!
