I'm just over 4 months out and I feel like I've been doing fairly well so far. I'm down 93lbs from my highest weight. Down about 60 since surgery day. The last couple of days though I don't even feel like eating. I made myself have something at my normal meal times since I know I need protein. I'm wondering if anyone else has had phases when they don't have any appetite? Just having my protein shake this morning made me really hate the fact that I need to eat. Which of course I know isn't rational. I've come a long way and have really started feeling like the priority for food is to fuel my body. This is new though. I'm sure it'll pass like every other bump during this process. Just curious about anyone else's experiences. Thanks!
