In uncomfortable pain

So I am 3 weeks post op 8/9/17 and lately have been dealing with constipation in a way...I go but it seems like I'm not done...(sorry tmi) so I've been doing milk of magnesia, smooth move tea, and just started miralax...anything I eat or drink legit hurts my stomach...it feels like I have a little person inside punching my stomach...I called the surgeon but he doesn't seem concerned just wants me to take miralax everyday or twice a day...says I might be dehydrated...I try to drink as much water as I can...then sometime I get a sharp pain in my lower right side not often but when it comes I have to breathe it out...I'm in the puréed stage but I don't want to eat/drink anything anymore cuz of the stomach pain...any suggestions? Saw my pcp yesterday and my blood pressure is high 180/100....unfortunately I'm in a bind because my Medicaid ended yesterday due to being $50 over in income...so going to the dr or er isn't an option unless it's super serious

I have a bidet, which I fuckin love. I don't know why every american in the world doesn't have one. It definitely helps you get that last little bit that just doesn't seem to be coming out (lol sorry for the gross mental image). IDK if this'd help you but my bidet honestly only cost about ~$30. It just goes under the toilet seat and plugs into the water line on the side. I got it on amazon.

I found standing and or walking right after eating helps me feel better. Hope it's easier for you soon!

Oh yeah, exercise is a GREAT help. I always have a great BM right after working out with my personal trainer!!!!! XD

I'm 4 weeks out. Constipation was my biggest problem. I was impacted 3 days after surgery. Laxative suppositories loosen it up. Doctor said to take Miramax daily. I now just take 2 stool softeners daily and I'm finally having "normal" BMs.

cold brew coffee should help.

my pcp put me back on my meds but then they were making me so dizzy i almost passed out. i cut them in half but still dizzy.

Put a little olive/coconut oil in a shake and/or just a little raw oats and more liquids and walk and walk. Or add prune juice. Or do an enema.

Ok so I suffered horribly the. One day I didn't get to eat all day so when I picked up my daughter from her job at mcdonalds she got in the car with a cheeseburger. I took a tiny bite and chewed it super well...20 min later no constipation! Not that I'm recommending it but it did help. And I learned hat fast food except for Wendy's chili and chick fil a grilled nuggets are off limits for me.
