hungry

and my appetite has returned. I try sugar free pop cyles and jello but even the shakes are not lasting as long as before. Today has been a bad day for the hungries. I see my surgeon on tue the 16 and I pray he will say I can go to the mushies. I need suggestions for the mushies. <img src="http://www.LapBandTalk.com/images/smilies/hungry.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Hungry" smilieid="262" class="inlineimg" />

Put everything in the blender or food processer. Pudding, cottage cheese, yogurt, applesauce (unsweetened) are all good mushies. I put chicken in the processer and ground it up really fine, then added some fat free gravy. It was yummy.
