Post Bariatric Barium Test

Has anyone else been released from the hospital the next day after sleeve surgery without having a leak check?

I did not have the barium test and was released the next afternoon. I was told, they thoroughly check for any leak prior to closing.

My Dr did it also during the surgery.

Mine too. They used blue dye and check before closing.

Mine must have done done it before surgery because I was there for a grand total of about 30 hours and had nothing done except have blood drawn. And they gave me tolerated liquids during my stay.
