Juicing Pre-Opt?

Curious, I just got a new juicer. (yay) Can I drink veggie juice as part of my pre-Op liquid diet?

    Depends. Greens vegetables are generally speaking safe (kale, spinach, cucumber). All the veggie juice that you probably like (carrots, tomatoes) are not ok. One tomato has 3.2g of sugar. If you juice only 3 tomatoes [emoji534] that's almost 10g of sugar. 1 medium carrot ? 2.9 g of sugar.
