one day out

I had my gastric bypass surgery yesterday and while I'm happy for the new me this pain is indescribable I'm sick off water and the gas Is horrible really hoping and praying things get better even though all this seems bad still don't regret this surgery one bit

Walking helps reduce gas pains. Things will get better but it will not happen overnight. It took me 6 months to reach a Happy State when all the problems seemed to melt away.

Hang in there. The first week is rough, but then you're going to feel so much better! Like James said, walking helps with the gas. Nobody said you had to speed walk...but just moving a bit at a time makes a difference.
