Need help

I had my surgery 8 months ago.. every once in a while I have severe stomach ache. For about 45 min to an hour.. It feels like someone is squeezing my stomach. I think it's gas but I don't know.. anyone experience this? If you have what do you do? It's terrible..

For me I'm fine one minute and then I feels like my stomach is swollen. Then it feel like intense pressure in my stomach and back. Sorry if this is tmi but if I make myself vomit sometimes it goes away. My guess is gas or over eating.. thx for the help guys!!

I think it's gas because I can feel like that and not even eat.im feeling good but I can't get the water or the protein requirement in yet. I'm barely drinking 30 oz of water and about 30 in protein

You will trust me !! Walk as much as you can it helps with EVERYTHING!! I had my surgery 8 months ago. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I still struggle sometimes but I've never regretted my decision. Not for a second.. good luck. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask:) good luck!!

Haven't had yet mine but when I have got consipated /gas gas that's how it felt. :/ maybe check in with your doctor too.

Granted I'm only a couple months out but I get this a lot. I know it's gas because after I have to go to the restroom. After I relieve myself I feel so much better.
