What shakes is everyone using as there protein shake? Any idea on which one is good and which one sleeve people can take? Thank you!

Premier is a common one. I also used Isopure ready to drink because they had ones that met the clear liquid requirements. I also liked Snytex (sp?) powders...some of them were more juice like consistency. I ordered a variety pack from this site.

I've really struggled to find a protein powder that agrees with my system and doesn't taste awful... I like the nectar line of whey protein the best price is on Amazon and their ice tea flavor tastes like Lipton's ice tea

I like the Atkins line of protein shakes and drinks.
