Here is a positive story. 265 pounds lost. Maintaining that weight for over a year now. Everything is easier. I look great. Personal life is better. Professional life is better. Doing this has made me realize I can accomplish anything and pursue opportunities at work that I would have never done before. Food does not control me. Yes it is hard at times, but I can tell you that I will never go back to how I was. My advise is to go all in and do not look back. I promise you will never regret it! You have got this!
