Pre-op diet going well!

Pre-op diet going well so far! I started Tuesday 8/10 and have lost 2 pounds already! I couldn't believe It i literally got on the scale 3 time just to make sure[emoji23] I'm keeping my calorie intake no higher than 750. And I am still working out just not as intense. I usually do about 4 miles at the gym but I'm keeping it at 2 just because I get light headed and don't want to pass out lol but I'm still doing my leg workouts and arms and stomach just not as intense. Even though my doctor said I didn't really need to do the liquid diet only the day before surgery, I thought wth might as well get my body and mind adjusted to it now so it's a little prepared for after surgery!
