does anyone have Cigna and did they cover 100% cost of surgery?

    I have Cigna PPO and they are covering 80% I have a secondary insurance that will pick up the rest.

    I believe that's what my plan is but If I reach the remaining out of pocket which is $3,030 then they cover it 100%
