Yes! But I'm afraid of the OR. My emergency c section 26 years ago was traumatic. I just put my bag in the car, and we are heading to Florida after work for surgery on Friday. It finally seems real

I'm using Dr Taggar with Bariatrix Florida and Coral springs medical center. They had a great self pay package. Sent from my XT1254 using BariatricPal App

So my surgery is Friday and I am freaking nervous. I have watched so many YouTube videos about the first day and I am scared of having so much pain and feeling nauseous. This is what's giving me cold feet. I don't like pain and I don't like feeling sick to my stomach! I know it's the best thing for me to do as I have made several attempts to lose weight and nothing has worked. I want to be healthy, I want to eat right but a part of me is scared to go through this procedure. I know it will be worth it in the long run and I am excited for what the results will be, but I hate hospitals and it is freaking me out. Is this normal? Did anyone else have these feelings?
