Weird allergy?!

So I got this weird allergy. It started on my chest as red bumps about 5 days ago. I then noticed they turned into brown patches. Then I noticed it was on my back, and really bad!!! I'm about to be 3 weeks post op on Tuesday. Should I be worried? Mom wants me to go to the hospital, I think I can wait to see my PCP. I'm just scared it's one of my organs or something lol

I would call the surgeon's office. Mine has an on all number and he was serious about wanting patients to call him.

Are you able to see your PCP on Monday? You may not need to go to the ER, but I also wouldn't delay too long.

I'd probably go in if for nothing else than peace of mind.

I had a similar thing happen. Turned out that (after process of elimination), I was having a reaction to the soy protein in one of the protein shake brands I had. I was fine with they whey protein in the others though.
