My doctor recommended Colace because it is non stimulant and easier on the stomach . It was allowed starting week one. At 6 weeks, I was told to add benefiber to help stay regular.

I took milk of magnesia once. Then incorporated probiotics daily. Been regular since. Also, ya got to make sure you're getting your liquids in too. I know it's hard, but it sure does help.

Thankfully, I don't have that issue now, but I agree. Colace or Milk Of Magnesia, just drink a lot of water and you should be able to avoid that issue. Although, I know in the begging, it's easier said than done.
