2 weeks in

Hi everyone. My name is Cecilia and today I'm 2 weeks post op. I'm down ten lbs since the surgery and 28 lbs since I got my surgery date (6 weeks). I'm still having some pain at the incision site where they removed the stomach part but other than that I feel great. I think I need to start getting a little more active to help boost the weight loss. I went to my primary care and she has me off metformin unless something changes which I will make sure it doesn't. No regrets ?

Great Job! Don't do to much because your healing, but my surgion told me to walk Every day. Now 2 week out i only walked for about 5 to 10 min, but getting that body moving is helpful especially when it comes to getting rid of gas.
