Is it possible it is acid in your stomach you are feeling that sometimes, to me, feels like hunger, but is actually reflux? Are you taking a PPI like Protonix? Talk to your team - I didn't know unti

I would love to hear the responses to this thread. I was sleeved last Wednesday, not even a week yet. I have never felt so many strong hungry pains in my life. I wake up hungry which is very unusally for me. One morning it was so bad I ate one chewable calcium vitamin at 5:30am to keep from eating something unhealthy. Now that's bad. LOL

Talk to your team - I didn't know until my endoscopy that I had reflux - never really felt it - and now post surgery if I don't take my PPI, I get a feeling that is like "hungry" was prior to surgery.

I'm in the same boat. I think it's because my water intake is low. I've been on a stall for two months and then started logging my calories. I got down to 199 in April then shot back up to 209, got stuck there for two months and then finally lost 5 pounds just recently. I've been stuck here for about 2 weeks. By logging my water intake I noticed I'm barely getting in about 32 ounces or less. Hopefully something changes in the next few weeks.

I have days like that and it usually is a sign at least for me that I haven't been keeping up with my liquid intake. Once I get it back up the next day I'm good. 3 days shy of 9 months post op.
