Sleeve surgery in 2 weeks.

Well as the time get closer the more I get nervous. How do you deal with the pressure? I was so excited but now I'm just really nervous. I have all the support from family some friends are against this but it's my life and I want it back. Wish me luck. :) Thanks.

I am starting a high protein diet wnd of this week. Every surgeon must have different diets. Protein shake twice a day and dinner is protein veggies and a fruit. How do you keep from getting hungry on the liquid diet? No solid foods?

I have a protein shake in the morning, water, protein drink (water based) , water, sf gum, sf jello, water, protein shake, sf jello. thats just at work lol. at home homemade chicken broth, sf pudding made with unsweetened almond milk (as my protein shakes are made of as well). and a protein shake before bed. i have a bad habit of waking up and going to the fridge around 2-3 am so i just grab a mini jello. I dont feel too hungry but i notice where my bad habits come in. boredom, tv, those are kind of snacking times. The only issue I am having really is my sugars....I am diabetic and i pretty much stopped taking my insulin because my sugars plummeted so low i got in a danger zone once. I dont want to go there again. gum helps alot lol
