Liquid Phase

Hi everyone, I am getting sleeved on the 18th of August so just trying to get organised.

Some of you are having protein shakes during liquid stage and others are not, is this dependent on different surgeons advice?

Does anyone have a list of all the things I can eat during each stage please?

Thank you [emoji8] I am from England
