Hi everyone I'm 5 weeks post op (sleeve) and have been diagnosed with depression, I am in a awful state right now and am on meds and having therapy. Never had it before? Wondering if anyone else has had this, I'm feeling so scared x

I was exactly the same except the leg numbness, it was due to my anxiety and worrying about post op complications plus side effects of pain relief I think x

I love this post it's made me feel a lot better as I'm too early days week 4 and feeling low and regretful so thank you x

Like you I am booked in for my sleeve surgery soon and have been feeling anxious, the way I look at at is that I am already at risk of so many problems because of my weight (and actually already have depression and sleep apnea) I have times of feeling up then down about my surgery but ultimately know that this is MY time and I will be OK xx

Hi everyone, I am getting sleeved on the 18th of August so just trying to get organised. Some of you are having protein shakes during liquid stage and others are not, is this dependent on different surgeons advice? Does anyone have a list of all the things I can eat during each stage please? Thank you [emoji8] I am from England
