Lifeway Protein Kefir

Does anyone know where I can buy Lifeway Protein Kefir?

A link would be helpful directly directly to where buy.

What is a good price for a 16 oz bottle? And where can I get it?

Thank you

The sugar is equal to the carbs, 20 to 20. Most programs want you to limit protein drinks to 5g of sugar or less per serving. Also there are 2 servings per bottle so that is 40 carbs. Contrast that with a premier protein shake which is 5 carbs.
