use waist trainer

I hope to have the gastric bypass soon (awaiting insurance approval) and some of my friends and family have suggested I use a waist trainer after the surgery to help with sagging skin. Has anyone used a waist trainer or something similar, like a abdomen binder or compression garment after surgery?

Following... Great question. Also I read somewhere here about vitamin E oil, would like to hear suggestions.

Following. I've been told the same as well. I had a binder post csection to help with the pain, but from what family and friends tell me they suggest I use spanx to prevent saggy skin (stupid theory).
