Slim Fast

I'm almost 2 weeks Post op sleeve. I am having such a hard time with Protein. Makes me sick. Tried Premier Protein Water too sweet. Is Slim Fast bad to drink? I know it has Protein. Feeling very discouraged.

Someone mentioned to me Inspire but it expensive and scared to order and it be gross? Anyone tried it?

    The high-protein, low-sugar version of Slim Fast (read: the one with 20 grams of protein per bottle and less than 10 grams of sugar) is acceptable.

    I couldn't tolerate protein powders/shakes postop (Or now!) I lived off of milk, drinkable yogurt, and protein kefir for a week or two until purees.
