Pre-op diet & PMS

Started my Ketosis Pre-op diet yesterday, today I've noticed I'm PMS'n and have horrible cravings. I started my own version of the preop diet 3 weeks ago and have lost 15lbs so far (1 protein shake + 1 meal (4oz meat, 1/2c rice, 1c veggies) the actual pre op diet is strict on No carbs & protein. I only get to drink 4 shakes a day and have 4oz chicken with 1cuo non starchy veggies + 2tbs fat. Hence why I'm literally going nuts with these pms cravings.

Any tips or food suggestions I could possibly eat without breaking my preop diet? #sendhelp #day2of14

I feel for you pmsing and carb withdrawals. Congrats on that weight loss! Excellent!
What are you craving? Salt or sweet?

Hey idk where you live but if you have a Pho shop near you i HIGHLY suggest trying some of the broth. It's so much better than beef/chicken/veggie broth. It got me through these last 2 weeks. My doctor said it was an awesome idea today when I went in for surgery! Good luck! Sugar free Jello helped a lot too. And Sugar free popcicles

Thank you! I'm craving salts. As for the sweet tooth is under control thanks to the protein shakes
