It depends on your insurance carrier's requirements. I have Cigna and they have a four month wait with other items needed. You'll find out the details at your consultation meeting with your surgeon. Good luck!

    Mine is 3 months but most seem to be 6. Whoever is the scheduler at your surgeons office should be able to tell you what the requirements are. There are usually a bunch.
