6 weeks today!

Had my post op check up and got cleared for everything! Eating, exercise, swimming! I can't believe I had surgery sometimes! I am so happy to have had this done. Went through my closet and got rid of two bags of clothes! Down 31 lbs and already my optimism and confidence are up.
I have so much hope now. It's amazing.
Happy Independence Day everyone!! [emoji95][emoji562][emoji631]

That's when things changed for the better for me. I was now in control. I exercise all the time, feel much more confident. Best of luck to you! Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal App

Thank you! How far out are you? What exercises did you start with?

Basic Zumba, then yoga, TRX straps boot camp, etc. When I started I couldn't get my feet off the ground, a plank? Ha! Now, I see so many improvements each time I go. So it's more about me and hey I remember I couldn't do this 2 weeks ago, and now I can, go me! If it's a class, you can make yourself go an hour, a gym I'm not sure. I personally wouldn't be as motivated.
