Diet Pills?

A friend of mine that was banded a few months ago has started taking diet pill sto help with her cravings/hunger.

Are diet pills ok to take? I mean i know that they arent great in the perfect world, but she is on addipex.

Just wondering if anyone else has taken diet pills also?

thanks

Some docs do that but Dr. Aceves isn't one that agrees. Remember, the time between banding and restriction is called Bandster Hell for a reason. Hang in there, you can do this!!!

Diet pills are nothing but speed in a lower dose. They are very dangerous and can cause all sorts of problems, most notably they increase your heart rate and can lead to heart attacks. Stay far far away from them!

I took Adiphex both before band - and dr wrote a script 9 mo after banding when I plateaued and NOTHING got me losing again
