Hair loss/prevention

Hi! Im 4 days post op and wanting to try and get ahead of the hair loss that could be coming. What tips/suggestions are you all doing?? I am currently taking biotin. Thanks!!

    At least 60g protein/day is what my surgeon says will prevent hair loss. If you don't protein first and fill up on everything else, you won't get your quota in and hair loss could result. Best of luck!!

    I take my bariatric vitamins plus my daily protein. I asked about Biotin and was told that I could take it also.
