I'm 10 weeks post op and not really sure if I'm eating too much. I eat till I get the full but not overly full chest feeling. I normally eat 2 to 2.5 oz of chicken and then 2 oz of a veggie(boiled broccoli or green beans so far) Is that too much you think?
