I think Ortiz' book is lame. There is NOTHING in the book that you can't find right here from the members. I swear it only took him a day to write.

There was a thread earlier on this and not a single person cared for it. At least get it used and don't pay full price for it.

Actually, I disagree with Wasa!

I bought the book used from Amazon, and I thought it was a good read. I did read things on there I hadn't found on the board. Maybe I would have, but after months of reading the boards, I did find useful information I hadn't read here or heard from my doctor. It is a QUICK read though.

Go to amazon.com and type in lapband. Im sure you'll find what you need.
