Would everyone kindly share the % of weight loss in Lbs at 5 months post op please.

% of WL = (WL x 100) ÷ SW

I lost 18% of my total starting weight at 5 months post op.

Thank you. I have a feeling I am bit of a slow loser due to eating more carbs than I should. I am going to try going back to less than 40gms of carbs to accelerate my weight loss.
I have lost 32% of my excess weight. Goal is to lose 80% of excess weight in 2 years.
