good report !!! was working on lowering my a1c. was 9 in april and need below 8.0 to have surgery. got my blood work back and its 6.4!!!!!!

    now if i could just lose some weight before surgery...ive cut out so much from before. but i cannot even lose a pound...smh i dont get it
