Need Puree Ideas

This is my first post on this forum ever (just joined a few minutes ago...be gentle.) I am glad to be here, and hope I will end up being a help to people in the future. For now, my question:

As someone that always loved (adored?) soups, I figured the puree phase would not be too difficult. Lo and behold! My tastes have changed, and I do not like the taste of many soups I once enjoyed. Looking for some good ideas, please.

Hello and welcome. I love the ricotta bake, cottage cheese, yogurt, egg salad, tuna salad, refried beans with cheese, I cooked up some homemade soups and blended them. Scrambled eggs with cheese is also pretty good. If you google recipes for the purée stage you will get many.

I second Ricotta Bake!!!

Found my tastes have changed too. I found the hummus has been pretty good and filling.

Avocados have been my savior! So delicious and very smooth going in.
