My surgeon said I needed a multivitamin twice a day, calcium citrate not carbonate and iron.

I will be packing my bag tomorrow! I have been slowly pulling out things as I think of them. Today I decided a coloring book would be a good idea. I figured it would be a good distraction.

YES A MILLION TIMES YES THANK YOU!!! my surgeon should give out something like this all they did was give my samples of what they sell I asked about a cheaper alternative you know maybe from Walmart or something they said they wouldn't recommend it , wow I even Googled and went on YouTube to see if I could find a good vitamin no luck there , thank you so much again
