Yup...thought I would be slick and eat a very small ice cream cup. 7 days out...what could go wrong? ??? In my defense, it went smooth as silk. Then my heart started pounding. Then I landed in the bathroom. Good times.

I am 8 months out can't eat ice cream one bite heart races sugar drops in the bathroom I go. I think it is the dairy that does it. Low fat greek yogurt is about all I can handle
