I'm in Peterborough, Ontario. Had surgery in Oct 2016 at Toronto Western. Good luck on your surgeries! No regrets and no complications for me. Down 85lbs and feeling good!!

I've been having a super difficult time with it. I knew it was going to be a challenge but I wasn't expecting to struggle with it this much!

I'm on day six and today is the first day where I can say I'm not hungry ALL THE TIME !!!! I was told after three days it should get better but it took me 6. Hope you have better luck with it. Not sure what they told you but I can only have the shakes, water, sugar free popsicles or jello.

Having to cook for family is tough. Shopping for groceries is tough. lol I just want to stay away from anything that has to do with food. I'm not having cravings or missing food, I'm just hungry.

The only bonus is that so far I've dropped 10 pounds so I am thrilled about that.

My dr said i could have 2 cups of greens a day max if it was needed .

Im hoping it goes well but like you said i still have to shop and cook for my daughter . Its only day one im sure ill struggle in a few days .

Im trying to keep buzy . Going for walks and a little work out before i have a shake . Major house cleaning since i have the time Lol My work let me move my holidays so ill be off of work till after surgery thats a bonus .

We got this ! Pretty soon we will be looking back and will be super proud of ourselves!!:)
10lb thats an awesome motivator!
