Congratulations on your surgery and weight loss thus far. I described my experience with gastric bypass surgery in the following article. Perhaps there is something in the article that may be of help.

Hey! We have almost identical stats! Same height and starting weight, but has bypass 4/11. Buddies?

The weight loss for me is 10lbs at a time, then stall for a week, then 10 pounds down again. It's freaked me out at the beginning, but now I'm getting used to it.

Good luck!

I'm also 5'10 and started at 306! I had my surgery May 8 and am down about 28 pounds (including 13 from pre-surgery liquids). I had to go back to the hospital May 23-26 as I had developed a big ulcer at the connection site so that threw me off for a week but getting better each day. I'm trying to walk more each day to help things along, but my red blood cells are rebuilding and I get winded/worm easily.

Had surgery on the 24th of may. Also down 10 pounds and including pre op down a total of 18.6. Yet to feel it in my clothes

Is this any advice you can give about ulcers

I had a bleeding ulcer also!
One week out of surgery.
It was very scary !
I became very sick :(
I was also 3 days back in the hospital Like you !
I am now just 3 months out and feel much better. No issues with ulcers or gastric bleeding ! Weight loss has been steady!
I'm
Down 47lbs :)

Awesome news! I am down the same amount since surgery on the 24th but the surgery IV and swelling and bloating put me up 18 pounds. So I still technically have 5 pounds left to go until I'm back to pre-surgery weight LOL
