4days post op

I was sleeved on 5/26. The gas pains have somewhat subsided. As of yesterday I realized Im able to take in more fluids while walking (sounds crazy) but its amazing. When its time to drink my protein shake....I walk around the house and can drink half in about mins!!! Im having a hard time with mushy foods. Nothing tastes good for now. Hope this helps for those struggling with fluids.

Hi! I think I'm at about 17 lbs down, but I'm not completely sure because my surgeon has scolded me not to check my weight until my 6 week follow up. I did sneak a peek at the gym a few days ago, though. Haha - it's impossible not to! How about you?

You're allowed to go to the gym already? I have to wait until Im 6 weeks out. Im down 21pounds as of Friday. Congrats to you

Thanks, you too! 21 pounds is amazing! That gym thing is not as impressive as it sounds. He cleared me for cardio only and the first time I went back to the gym, I nearly passed out after 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Haha. So, I'm going, but I'm just walking, biking really slowly, etc. it's incredibly unimpressive!
