I'm on the liquid diet and it's a huge struggle!!! Im so nervous about everything!!! Best of luck ladies

I just got notified today that my insurance company has approved my surgery.........will see the surgeon on Monday and hopefully get a date, probably in July also as his June calendar is full and he is on vacation for a week.......it's getting real close and am starting to get a little anxious

im on the liquid diet , 4 days to go til the losers bench and i have to say that the liquid diet isnt all as bad as i was afraid it would be , im only on it for 7 days and my hunger is pretty much subsided and ive lost 10 pounds so far good luck everyone

I'm 7/6/17 which is close enough I think haha. I'm on day 12 of my 14 day diet which will turn into 15 since I won't have surgery till late afternoon but yeah I am doing well! Ready to pop out the other side!

Hi! I am also scheduled for July 17th, just found out yesterday afternoon! I can't wait! Although I have to contain my joy because there are people around me who are judgemental and negative...... do you have that too?
