Hi guys, I had surgery 5/17/17 and am about a week and a half out. I don't visit the doctor until Tuesday. I am wondering if you can lose weight too fast. I am trying to not weigh myself like a fanatic but I was 305lbs on surgery day, today I stepped on the scale and am 283lbs... is this too fast??? I'm scared that it's dangerous. I am having a hard time eating my protein shakes and making sure I am drinking enough water but I've been walking about 2 miles everyday. Not a fast pace but there is a steep hill at the end that gets me breathing hard... honestly I have about 1/2 of my 8 oz. Protein shake and maybe some SF jello and egg drop soup. Any tips for me or something I'm doing wrong?
